Keeping it Simple
Surgery Group is an independent team of patient coordinators and has been an evolving business since we started with a laptop and a mobile phone in June 2015.
With an extensive background in the Hair Transplant Industry it was clear that patients that booked directly with the surgeons were paying considerably less than those that were booking through indirect providers. With the support of some forward thinking surgeons we were able to present their collective locations under one brand, being Surgery Group. If we take care of the logistics and present them with a well informed patient the surgeons can stick to what they do best which is the medical examination and the surgery itself while we take care of keeping the patient up to date with their treatment plan and payment options etc etc and so on.
We answer all those questions that you forget to ask at your consultation and tell you the answers to the questions that you didn’t ask.
We tell you the best way to get from Euston to Harley St, how to get from Manchester airport to the Surgery in Sheffield or even the best place to park near the Ealing hair transplant clinic.
We tell you how to do that all important first hair wash or when you can have that all important pint after surgery. Most of what we do is giving out free advice. We are fully committed to keeping the price as low as possible and operate on fixed fee as much as possible but if you want a 5 star hotel for you and your partner and a ticket home on the Caledonia Sleeper you have taken a wrong turn.
Our mission is to “Keep it Simple” for you the patient and for the physicians so we only handle a handful of patients a week and don’t overload anybody. Every patient gets a personal service and a patient coordinator to accompany them on the day if they want one. There is always someone available to drive you home or to the station. Hotels are complimentary.
With a marketing budget of zero we are reluctant to be the best kept secret in the industry and rely on your referrals to keep us moving forward.
We are proud to work with some of the very best surgeons in the UK and will always offer the most direct and cost effective route for people seeking cosmetic procedures and Hair Transplants.
We do all our own social media and stuff which is why nobody ever follows us or likes us (hint hint).
All clinics other than Manchester are owned by the surgeons themselves and are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. All clinics located in the UK, including Harley Street London, Ealing Broadway, Sheffield, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle.
Our team of dedicated patient coordinators will guide you from the initial call throughout the long term aftercare
We provide ongoing support and will accompany you on every step of your patient journey.
Book your consultation with the surgeon at their own UK Clinics. Not all surgeons are available in every location but we will help you to see the right specialist as close to home as possible
All surgeons hold reputable memberships in the industry, including GMC, AACS, ISHRS, RCS and The Medical Council.
Experienced Medical consultants will carefully guide you to choose the best type of treatment for your needs.
Every patients is precious and that’s why we offer unlimited support, from the first call to the carefully tailored aftercare plan. This is not just some fluff we stick on our website. We mean it
GET IN TOUCH
When you book with Surgery Group you will be seeing the surgeon not the salesman
Regarding COVID19, we are working with selected COVID-protected facilities who have now reopened. These clinics have started a phased return model for a new normal with various safety measures in place including a limited number of procedures, reduced footfall through the clinic and enhanced PPE for staff. On the day, you will be asked to complete a COVID questionnaire and have your temperature taken on entry, as well as being asked to wash your hands. You will be asked to wear a face mask so that theoretically you are protected and you protect staff members in case anyone happens to be positive whilst asymptomatic.
Surgery Group have adopted guidelines from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery for use in all clinics taking into account UK law and each clinic has completed a COVID19 risk assessment of the patient journey through the clinic and taken steps to minimise risk, and we hope that by doing so, the risk of contracting coronavirus is significantly less than your weekly supermarket shop, however, it is not possible to guarantee that the risk of catching it is zero, such as in the nature of the virus.
To be clear, the government’s advice for the time being remains to stay at home unless you need to leave the house for one of 4 reasons including “any medical need” –
Without specific national guidance on hair transplant clinics, we deem it safe to offer the service in a limited capacity with the measures we have taken, but it is up to you to decide if leaving the house to attend a hair transplant clinic constitutes a “medical need”.
