Suffering from hair fall?

Fortunately, you can control it using these safe and natural tips that are tried and tested to address hair fall problems in men and women.

If you’re living in Esbjerg, you’ve probably suffered hair damage at some point due to the hard water. Plus, the cold weather can also be hard on your hair, leaving it dehydrated and prone to damage and hair fall. So, if your scalp is itchy and dry and you are suffering from hair loss, it may be because of the hard water and cold weather.

But, your hair is your crowning glory and so, it’s obvious that when you see your tresses on your comb, towel and all over the floor, your heart aches. If hair fall has become a part of your daily routine, don’t wait until it becomes a cause of stress and anxiety for you.

Whether you are trying to tackle hair damage, address thinning hair or stimulate hair growth, you can try these safe and natural tips to enhance your natural hair at home:

  1. Massage

Massage is proven to boost blood circulation so when you regularly massage the scalp, it can help in restoring your former hair growth. Look for a hair oil that combines the power of ingredients like Coconut oil, Fenugreek, Bhringraja (Eclipta Prostrata), Amla (Indian gooseberry), Ritha (soap nuts), Neem and Shikakai. A regular massage of this potent oil will work to stimulate the dermal papilla cells and promote hair growth.

  1. Try a Hair Thinning Formula

If you’ve tried everything from pills to oils to potions and are still not satisfied with the results, then your problem needs an intensive formula that effectively targets your scalp and hair follicles to nourish and revitalise your hair from within.

When home remedies don’t work, you need something extra. From preventing hair thinning to promoting new hair growth to tackling grey hair, Foligain does it all!

  1. Increase Your Intake of Fish Oil

Consuming Omega fatty acids that are loaded with the goodness of proteins and nutrients can make a visible difference to your hair problems. If you cannot include at least 2 portions of oily fish in your diet every week, you can consider taking an Omega 3 fish oil supplement.

Regular supplementation of Omega 3 will help improve your hair volume and add life to limp hair. A supplement that works on the inside is sure to give you visible results on the outside. But you need to take a high-strength supplement regularly and have patience.

  1. Onion Juice

If you can handle the strong smell of onion juice, it is totally worth trying for hair growth. Onion juice has also been investigated for its perceived ability to promote hair growth. Onion juice is also known to boost blood flow and stimulate regrowth.

Animal studies have shown that regular application of onion juice improved keratin and increased blood circulation to the cuticles. Apply onion juice to your scalp and leave it in for 30 minutes. Do this every time you wash your hair or at least twice a week for best results.

  1. Rosemary Oil

Rosemary is a potent essential oil that people widely use to stimulate hair growth and tackle hair fall. It promotes new hair growth when mixed with a carrier oil and used for a head massage. Massage diluted rosemary oil into your scalp and hair twice every week on a daily basis till you see the desired results.

  1. Pop Gummies for Hair, and Nails

Yummy multivitamin gummies are an easy, affordable and enjoyable way to take care of your hair. A fast paced life, unhealthy eating habits, and stress often take a toll on your appearance. Chock full of essential vitamins and minerals, these gummies work to support your skin, hair and nails from within. These gummies are perfect for those with weak and thinning hair.

  1. Egg Mask

Eggs are naturally rich in zinc, selenium, phosphorus, sulphur, protein and iodine which makes them a great ingredient for hair growth. All you need to do is pour an egg white in a bowl. Add one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of olive to the egg white and beat it well. Now apply this mixture to your hair from roots to the tips. Leave it in your hair for 30 minutes and rinse it off with a sulphate-free shampoo.

Wrapping it Up

If you want to improve your hair, create a hair care plan and be consistent with your efforts.

Remember that these are natural ways to take care of your hair and so it may take a few months to yield visible results. You can complement your nourishing hair care routine with a healthy diet and meditation for better results. Working with COVID-protected facilities

Working Safely

  • Routinely asking patients for relevant COVID-19 history of their own health and people they are in contact with. It is important that patients provide accurate information.
  • Following social distancing guidelines by limiting the contact of patients with one another whether in consultation or in a procedure and will arrange waiting room seating accordingly.
  • Using suitable equipment/PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as recommended by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) or another equivalent governmental agency.
  • Routinely using relevant health histories and daily temperature monitoring of all clinic staff and patients as part of their strategy to prevent contagion. Additionally, and where available, follows all government guidelines on use of testing to monitor staff.
  • In addition to using proper PPE, each clinic uses appropriate cleansing, disinfecting and sterilization procedures throughout the office/clinic. Also, uses proper waste disposal methods for any materials that could be contaminated.
  • Advising patients of handwashing protocols in the office/clinic and how to change gloves, gown and masks.
  • Assuring the public that the staff have received additional training with regards to proper COVID-19 infection control methods
  • And perhaps most importantly, the surgeon you have chosen is the one performing the surgical steps of your procedure, rather than delegating it to unlicensed technicians.

Clinic Advice

Regarding COVID19, we are working with selected COVID-protected facilities who have now reopened. These clinics have started a phased return model for a new normal with various safety measures in place including a limited number of procedures, reduced footfall through the clinic and enhanced PPE for staff. On the day, you will be asked to complete a COVID questionnaire and have your temperature taken on entry, as well as being asked to wash your hands. You will be asked to wear a face mask so that theoretically you are protected and you protect staff members in case anyone happens to be positive whilst asymptomatic.

Surgery Group have adopted guidelines from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery for use in all clinics taking into account UK law and each clinic has completed a COVID19 risk assessment of the patient journey through the clinic and taken steps to minimise risk, and we hope that by doing so, the risk of contracting coronavirus is significantly less than your weekly supermarket shop, however, it is not possible to guarantee that the risk of catching it is zero, such as in the nature of the virus.

To be clear, the government’s advice for the time being remains to stay at home unless you need to leave the house for one of 4 reasons including “any medical need” –

Without specific national guidance on hair transplant clinics, we deem it safe to offer the service in a limited capacity with the measures we have taken, but it is up to you to decide if leaving the house to attend a hair transplant clinic constitutes a “medical need”.
